The Battle Arms Lightweight Receiver Set is machined from 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum, utilizing a patent pending lightweight design. All dimensions are thoroughly inspected for exacting measurements. All sharp edges de-burred by hand. High quality MIL-A-8625F Type III Class 2 hard coat anodized provides a matte black finish, and the laser engraved logo is expertly done.The Lower Receiver weighs in at 6.84 oz, and accepts standard AR-15 components. The Lower Receiver features Pictograph selector markings properly marked for a 90o safety or BAD-ASS Short Throw Selectors. Receiver safety selector hole is machined with relief cut for use with Battle Arms Short Throw Ambi Safety Selectors. “Multi” caliber marking for build versatility. Flared magazine well allow for rapid and easy insertion of magazines. Bolt catch pin is replaced by an easy to install roll pin. Rear takedown pin detent spring is captured, unlike standard lowers. Integrated trigger guard provides smooth contours and unique look.The Upper Receiver weighs in at 6.31 oz, and accepts standard AR-15 components. Upper features M4 feedramps for improved feeding. Machined T-Marks allow for repeat placement of optics or rail mounted accessories.All components are Made in the USA.
