Reinforced, heat-resistant polymer hand guard is designed for carbine length gas systems with the triangular A2 front sight assembly. Easy to install handgaurd is a direct replacement for existing M4 carbine type hand guards and uses the existing delta ring and round front hand guard retaining cap. Slim profile improves weapon manipulation while the large, lower front lip and long side extensions protects the operator’s hand from hot sight assembly. Integral riveted aluminum heat shield provides added protection from barrel heat. Versatile handguard features M-LOK slots at the two, six, and ten o'clock positions permits mounting MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rails or other direct-attach accessories.SPECS: Reinforced, heat-resistant polymer, Black, Dark Earth, OD Green, Gray. 8.9" (22.6cm) long, 1.8" (4.6cm) wide, 2.4" (6.1cm) high. 6.7 oz.
